Our services
xPotential RD is an independent digital studio providing web, brand, and marketing services. Every engagement is scoped individually, so specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in the proposal and agreement we send you before work begins.
Rights and ownership
Once you’ve paid in full for completed work, you own the final deliverables we produce for you. Any third-party tools, platforms, media, or software we use remain subject to their own licenses.
Payments
Terms such as deposit requirements, milestones, and due dates are stated in your project agreement. Work is released on completion of the agreed scope and any outstanding balance.
Liability
We work to high standards, but our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement that gives rise to a claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for results you get from third-party platforms or advertising networks.
